Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the BNBot Chrome extension and the connected BNBot services accessed through it. They are BNBot's terms, not Google's terms for Chrome. Questions: support@bnbot.ai.

1. Using the extension

BNBot provides a Side Panel for webpage assistance and browser tasks, translation and media tools, and a New Tab workspace. Available features depend on your account, permissions, plan, selected model, and supported websites. You may stop using or uninstall the extension at any time.

You must be legally able to use the service and comply with the rules that apply to you. The extension is not intended for children under 13. Use only accounts, website sessions, content, and devices you are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in information secure and contact support about suspected unauthorized access.

2. Your instructions and browser actions

You control which tasks you request, which page access you allow, and which automatic features you enable. Review the content, destination, and intended action before submitting or approving a task. Some tools prepare drafts; others carry out the action described in the interface. An explicitly requested like, for example, can execute immediately. Do not assume every browser action has a separate confirmation step.

Automatic cloud processing has category-specific choices in Settings. An enabled schedule can run while the Side Panel is closed after the required automatic-processing choice has been allowed. You can pause plans and revoke the corresponding choice. Revoking a choice does not undo completed actions or recall information already sent. You remain responsible for following the rules of the websites on which you act.

3. Content and AI results

You retain the rights you already have in content you supply. You authorize the processing and transmission needed to carry out your requested or enabled features, as described in the Privacy Policy. Supply content and media only when you have the necessary rights or permission. Other people's content and third-party services remain subject to their own rights and terms.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to output provided to others. Review it before relying on, publishing, or submitting it. BNBot does not guarantee a particular audience, growth result, income, platform acceptance, or accuracy of an answer. Research or generated content is not a substitute for professional advice where that is needed.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the extension to access accounts or information without authorization, steal credentials, evade security controls, distribute malware, deceive or impersonate others, infringe rights, or carry out unlawful activity. Do not use it to send abusive or unsolicited bulk messages or to bypass another platform's restrictions. Do not disrupt BNBot's services or interfere with other users.

BNBot may restrict access needed to address abuse, security incidents, unlawful use, or violations of these terms. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

5. Credits and optional paid features

If you choose a paid feature, review the price, credit amount, billing interval, and applicable purchase conditions displayed before checkout. Charges require a separate purchase flow; installing the extension alone does not authorize a payment.

For subscription, cancellation, credit, or refund questions, use the available account controls or contact support. Uninstalling the extension is not a subscription-cancellation request. These extension terms do not add a new refund deadline, unused-credit expiry, automatic-renewal condition, or cancellation penalty beyond the purchase conditions shown to you and applicable law.

6. Availability and third parties

Websites, model providers, captions, and cloud services can change or become unavailable. Features can fail or require your intervention. Keep your own copies of content you need; do not rely on the extension as your only storage or as a guarantee that an action was completed. Check the task result and the destination website.

BNBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google Chrome, social platforms, or AI model providers merely because it works with their services. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms.

7. Privacy, stopping use, and updates

The Privacy Policy explains the extension's data handling, automatic-processing controls, service providers, storage, and deletion limitations. Signing out, disabling a feature, and uninstalling are different from requesting deletion of cloud records.

You can stop using the extension at any time. Contact support for account or data requests. Updated extension terms will be published here with an updated effective date. No provision in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
